  • Hatha Yoga: Beginner-Friendly Rrefine, align, and strengthen your practice. Hatha Yoga encourages proper alignment of the body and brings balance, strength, flexibility, and calmness to the practitioner.

  • Vinyasa Yoga: Vinyasa style practice emphasizes a continuous flow of movement using sun salutations and dynamic breathing. Vinyasa is a fun and creative practice requiring focus and dedication. This class moves at a quick pace; therefore, some Yoga experience is helpful and highly recommended prior to starting this class.
  • Release into Alignment: Beginner-Friendly This deep stretch class focuses on surrendering the efforts of your body in practice through prop supported alignment, allowing space for the full release of tension.
  • Restorative Yoga: Beginner-Friendly. Restorative yoga is a gentle, calming, therapeutic kind of yoga that uses props to support the body as it eases into relaxation and balance. All levels welcome including students working with injury, or sensitivity.
  • Happy Hour: Beginner-Friendly. Unwind from your week in this feel-good anything goes class. Breathe, move, smile, and de-stress.
  • Deep Stretch/Chakra Balancing Meditation: Beginner-Friendly Start with a deep stretch asana practice and ease into a relaxing and opening chakra balancing meditation. During this meditation, experience connection to your energetic field as your chakra anatomy is opened, cleared, and balanced. You will leave feeling calm, connected, and ready to start the week fresh and grounded.
  • Guided Meditation: Beginner-Friendly Sit back, relax, and enjoy a guided relaxation and meditation. Whether you are brand new, or very experienced, Dr. Matt’s expert guidance will help you find a deeper connection with the Self.
  • Beginner Yoga: Beginner-Friendly Ready to learn yoga in a non-competitive, accessible, and friendly environment? This class is for you. Find YOUR alignment, strength, and flexibility in the hands of a knowledgeable, caring teacher.
  • Core Strength and Alignment: This vinyasa class focuses on moving slightly slower, with precision to build strength from the inside out – beginning from your core center.
  • Vinyasa Yoga: Intermediate/Advanced: Vinyasa style practice emphasizes a continuous flow of movement using sun salutations and dynamic breathing. This class continues the concepts taught in our regular Vinyasa classes and expands upon them, emphasizing arm balancing, inversions, advanced sequencing, and stretching. Vinyasa yoga experience required.
  • Flow & Stretch: Beginner-Friendly Explore the best of both worlds in Flow & Stretch. Begin with an all-levels, meditative vinyasa flow, combing movement with breath, then wind down with juicy, mindful stretching.
  • Vin & Yin: Beginner-Friendly Begin with a flowing sequence to warm the body and allow energy to move freely. Then, we’ll ease into deeper stretches with focus on the connective tissues to relax into the deepest layers of the body. You will leave feeling calm, balanced, and peaceful after this practice.
