  • Align: Beginner-Friendly Refine, align, and strengthen your practice. Hatha Yoga encourages proper alignment of the body and brings balance, strength, flexibility, and calmness to the practitioner.

  • Flow: Vinyasa style practice emphasizes a continuous flow of movement using sun salutations and dynamic breathing. Vinyasa is a fun and creative practice requiring focus and dedication. This class moves at a quick pace; therefore, some Yoga experience is helpful and highly recommended prior to starting this class.

  • Release: Beginner-Friendly This deep stretch class focuses on surrendering the efforts of your body in practice through prop supported alignment, allowing space for the full release of tension.

  • Happy Hour Chill: Beginner-Friendly. Unwind from your week in this feel-good anything goes class. Breathe, move, smile, and de-stress.

  • Meditate: Beginner-Friendly Guided meditation is an opportunity to slow down, relax, and go within. During this meditation, we explore various aspects of awareness, presence, and consciousness. This space offers time to connect to one’s deepest Self, explore the relationship between Self, Other, Earth, and Spirit, and return to wholeness. Whether you are brand new or experienced, Lisa Lola’s guidance will assist you in accessing a true state of Self.

  • Core Flow: This vinyasa class focuses on moving slightly slower, with precision to build strength from the inside out - beginning from your core center.

  • Rise: Beginner-FriendlyRise and shine with the sun. Morning Flow will generate warmth in the body, while incorporating grounding postures to get ready for the day. This class is all-levels, regardless of body dynamics.

  • Flow & Stretch: Beginner-Friendly Explore the best of both worlds in Flow & Stretch. Begin with an all-levels, meditative vinyasa flow, combing movement with breath, then wind down with juicy, mindful stretching.

  • Yin: Beginner-Friendly. Yin yoga was developed to penetrate deep into connective tissue expanding flexibility while invigorating the energy centers of the body to release blockages and increase your energy flow. Focusing on passive, long-held postures, breath work and meditation to create a profoundly deep and rewarding practice.

  • Restore: Beginner-Friendly. Restorative yoga is a gentle, calming, therapeutic kind of yoga that uses props to support the body as it eases into relaxation and balance. All levels welcome including students working with injury, or sensitivity.

  • Buti: Buti, in Indian Marathi, means “the cure to something hidden or kept secret.” This practice is a high-intensity fusion of yoga, tribal dance, and plyometrics. Classes combine cardio, strength training and flexibility in one seamless format. Buti creates a strong, empowered group that resembles a tribe.

  • Gentle: Beginner-Friendly. Gentle yoga is a celebration of kind, soft and intuitive-based self-discovery in a safe and nurturing environment. A calming all-levels class cultivating ease and restoring equilibrium through more passive, supported poses and mindful breath work. This is a great class for beginners, those nurturing an injury, those with limited mobility and those looking for a relaxing practice.

  • Begin: Beginner-Friendly. Beginner Yoga teaches proper alignment of the body and the fundamental postures of yoga. The use of props, modifications, and personalization of the practice brings balance, strength, flexibility, and calmness to the practitioner. This class is targetted to first time yogis and experienced yogis looking to refine their alignment.

  • Deep: Beginner-Friendly. Deep is a form of Buti yoga that is intentionally designed to help form and enhance a connection between the brain and body using micro-movements and through building muscle memory. This class is low-impact (unlike our high intensity 6 pm Buti class) but can assist in helping you build and stabilize your core.

    This class supports injury prevention and may assist in recovery. The class structure includes self-massage and pressure point activation to help release tension. This class is great for all levels, including beginners!

  • Pilates: Beginner-Friendly. Mat pilates exercises are performed in a slow, controlled, precise manner and require an intense concentration. These exercises help strengthen the body’s core by developing pelvic and scapula stability, and abdominal control, using focused breathing patterns. The main fitness goals of a mat pilates program include improved flexibility, muscle tone, body balance, spinal support, low back health, sports performance, and body-mind awareness.

  • Aerial Yoga: Beginner-Friendly. This open-level Aerial Yoga Class is designed to explore familiar postures in a new way using the aerial silk as a prop. It is a safe and fun way to build strength, flexibility, range of motion and body awareness. Playfully experience supported inversions and surrender to deep rest in the security of the hammock.

    Space is extremely limited so pre-registration is required to attend. People(s) who are sensitive or prone to motion sickness should take caution. Please refrain from wearing socks, perfumes, heavy makeup, and sharp objects like jewelry or smart watches.

  • Aerial chill: Beginner-Friendly. TFocus on using the fabric to work out the kinks in all those hard to reach areas of tension in the legs, pelvis, and spinal column. We’ll warm-up and stretch both in and out of the fabric, while taking our time to rejuvenate the body, rehydrate the spine, strengthen the core, and bring blood to the brain. Optional inversions for spinal decompression will be offered. At the end of class, expect a long, loving Savasana, before we turn you back upright and send you off refreshed and ready to conquer your day.

    Space is extremely limited so pre-registration is required to attend. People(s) who are sensitive or prone to motion sickness should take caution.

    Please wear comfortable, form fitting clothing with NO metals or plastic. Please expect to be barefoot during class and be mindful of pant length, as our feet need full access to the Silks to create a firm foundation during the practice.

    NO zippers, snaps, sequins or sharp jewelry.
